You may ask them pretty much anything within their category of expertise, but please be respectful and do not ask offensive, intrusive or overly personal questions. If the expert does not feel comfortable discussing certain topics or answering certain questions, they have the right to refuse or end the call. Please refer to our User Terms of Service for details and if you are in need of medical advice or assistance, please contact a doctor.
Your call will conclude immediately and you will pay for the charged minutes incurred prior to your call ending. You are able to request a new call with the same expert once you have recharged your phone. As a reminder, it is a best practice to always ensure you have adequate phone battery prior to beginning a call.
Please complete a review after your call so we can ensure we feature only the best experts on Didit. If you have additional feedback or details you’d like to share directly with us, please contact Didit support.
At this point in time, we are not recording calls so you are unable to access a recording of your call. However, we may enable this feature in the future and will keep you updated.
After downloading our mobile application, you can search for experts within each category and immediately begin a call with any expert who is marked as online. Experts with a green ring around their profile picture are online whereas those with a red ring around their profile picture are currently offline. Once you begin a call, you will pay-per-minute based on the rate you see posted on the expert’s profile. [If the expert is currently offline, you can set up a notification for when that expert is online again.] After each call, you will have the opportunity to complete a review and provide feedback.
As long as the expert is available, you can connect for as long or short as you’d like! You will only pay for the total time elapsed on your call.
Similar to how it works when using a rideshare service, at the beginning of the call, a HOLD charge will be placed on your card for a 60-minute call to ensure you have the capability to pay for the call. If your call lasts less than 60 minutes, you will automatically be refunded the difference. If your call lasts more than 60 minutes, another HOLD charge will be put on your card for each additional 10 minutes until the call concludes and the final duration of the call is calculated, at which point your card will be charged for that total amount. You will only be charged for the total duration of your call.
Your call will conclude immediately and you will pay for the charged minutes incurred prior to your call ending. You are able to request a new call with the same expert once you have located stronger service. As a reminder, it is a best practice to always ensure you have a strong WiFi / cellular signal prior to beginning a call.
We expect our experts to provide valuable advice and deliver a positive outcome on each call, but if you are dissatisfied, please contact Didit support and we will be glad to assist you to ensure you have a positive experience on our platform.
Please reference our User Terms of Service, Expert Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy for further details, and feel free to contact Didit support for any other questions!
